Adam Maj

He is an alumnus of the "Flota" Military Sports Club in Gdynia. He was a member of the national and Olympic team in 1989-1992. He started his coaching career in 1993 at WKS "Flota" Gdynia.

Between 2001-2010, he was a coach of the Polish Judo Federation junior national team and a coordinator of youth teams. Between 2001-2010 he was also a coordinating coach of provincial judo teams in the Pomeranian Sports Federation in Gdańsk.

He is a graduate of the University of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk. He also completed postgraduate studies at this university in the field of sport organization and management and received the title of sport manager.

In 2008 he defended his doctoral dissertation receiving a doctoral degree in physical culture.

Since 2008 I have been a participant of Trainers Academy in Warsaw.

Between 2010-2013 - Head Coach of Men's and Women's National Teams in Polish Judo Association. Olympian (coach) - London 2012 Olympic Games. He held the position of Sports Director in Polish Judo Association from 2014 to 2017.

In COS OPO Cetniewo in Władysławowo he has been running judo trainings for children and teenagers and fitness classes for several years.

He is a master class coach in judo, he holds the 6th dan in judo.
