Central Sports Center announces an open written tender for the lease of a part of a land property located within the premises of the Feliks Stamm Olympic Preparations Center - Cetniewo in Władysławowo, i.e.

Part I - The subject of the planned lease is a fragment of a plot of land no. 175 with an area of 1200 m2, located within the area of the Olympic Preparations Centre in Władysławowo (at Sportowa Street) to be used for conducting so-called non - onerous service and commercial activity, i.e. excluding alcohol sale, in the period from 15 June 2021 to 15 September 2021. Location at the entrance to COS OPO Cetniewo in Władysławowo from Sportowa Street on a fully fenced area.

Part II - The subject of the planned lease is a fragment of a plot of land no. 175 with an area of 200 m2 located in the area of the Olympic Preparations Centre in Władysławowo (at Sportowa Street) to be used for conducting so-called non-burdensome commercial activity, i.e. excluding the sale of alcohol, in the period from 15 June 2021 to 15 September 2021 Location at the entrance to COS OPO Cetniewo in Władysławowo from Sportowa Street on a fully fenced area.

Part III - The area of 1000 m2 located in the area of the Olympic Preparations Centre (Ośrodek Przygotowań Olimpijskich) in Władysławowo (at Sportowa Street) is intended to be leased for the conduct of so-called non - onerous service business, i.e. excluding the sale of alcohol, in the period from 15 June 2021 to 15 September 2021, from 15 June 2022 to 15 September 2022, and from 15 June 2023 to 15 September 2023. Localization - land (fragments of plots 6,7,8/1, 9/1, 10/1, 11/2) located at the entrance to COS-OPO Cetniewo from Sportowa Street, within a fenced area.

Part IV - the subject of the planned lease is the fragment of plot 173/4 with an area of 3m2, located in the premises of the Olympic Preparations Centre in Władysławowo (Żeromskiego Street) and intended to run financial services during the period from 15 June 2021 to 15 September 2021, from 15 June 2022 to 15 September 2022, and from 15 June 2023 to 15 September 2023. Location: at the main entrance to COS OPO Cetniewo.
